Cherry Cobbler 1 (lti ounce) can red sour cherries, packed in water y2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon corn starch 2 teaspoons margarine 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 drops red food coloring 1 recipe biscuit dough Drain cherries, reserving % cup juice. Mix together juice, sugar and corn starch in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute. Stir in margarine, lemon juice and food coloring. Remove from heat. Add cherries. Pour cherry mixture into 10 x 6 x 1 % inch baking dish. Drop biscuit dough by small teaspoonfuls onto hot cherry mixture. Bake in a 400 degree F. (hot) oven 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
