Lewis has announced. The new version will include a group of study questions similar to those asked on the vj^ritten portion of the driver's license examination, changes in laws affecting the ownership and operation of motor vehicles enacted since publication of the last edition, and more graphic and effective presentation of other material, Secretary Lewis said. Ogilvie has appealed to all Illinois citizens to help the stricken people of South Dakota's flood-ravaged Black Hills. In a letter to Ogilvie citing their need for help, Gov. Richard F. Kneip said 5,000 are homeless and thousands more have suffered in other ways.
