The library is starting a library member club, to meet once or twice a month, to be called the "Expanding Op portunities" club. Local people who are members - and anyone may join Who loves books - will give talks on their interests, travels, work and hobbies, and what books are available and most useful on their subjects. In honor of the Richmond centennial, there will be a talk on the pioneers who first founded settlements in this area, and what countries or states they originally came from, and what led them to settle there. Another subject already under research for a talk is summer travel in Europe, and perhaps also the Far East.
