"Hie most noteworthy part of the meeting was the Halloween celebration. There were assorted ghosts, goblins, and creepy crawly things that go bump in the night disguised as Cub Scouts. Many of the boys received prizes for their costumes. There were games including apple bobbing. Hie most frightening things 46oened. A1 Smith brought in coffin-like box, leaving it in the middle of the floor. Soon there came tapping from inside the box. Arid, out came a mummy (Cubmaster, Dave Nylander). Then, with the lights out, Karen Gies told a horrible Halloween story. The boys sat in circles and objects were passed from hand to hand to enhance the story's effect. Everyone had a really "terrorific" time. Sounds like fun. ROLLER SKATING PARTY Cub Scout Pack 351 is sponsoring a roller skating party Thursday Nov. 9.
