Tips For The Homemaker Turkey that provided a delicious holiday feast should not become a dull, unappetizing fare when it reaches the lef tover stage. Instead of tiring your family of turkey, freeze the leftover meat for delicious dishes later on. You can prepare tasty casseroles by combining cubed turkey with vegetables, sauces, seasonings and cooked spaghetti, macaroni or noodles. Cover tightly with moisture- vapor resistant wrap and freeze for later use. If your family prefers turkey sandwiches and creamed turkey dishes, you can freeze your leftovers in slices and small pieces. If possible, cover the slices and pieces with broth or gravy to prevent contact with air and to lengthen storage life. Package in air-tight, meal- sized packages, or containers, and freeze quickly. Frozen cooked turkey doesn't improve with age, so plan to use it soon. Slices covered with broth or gravy will keep satisfactorily in frozen storage for about six months, but pieces without broth or casseroles should be used sooner, preferably within a month. participant will be afforded greater opportunities to expose his products and services to an estimated 300,000 visitors, most of whom spend several hours at the show, and many of whom return several times. In the sophisticated show design, spectacular flower gardens and exhibits alike are integrated to provide a cluster of appeal for an individual's taste. Special exhibit areas are being developed around the themes of "Garden Market" "Home and Yard . Im provement", "Tourism and Recreation", "International Bazaar", "Gourmet Center", "Environmental Control", "Merchandiser's Mall", "Farmers Market".
