You must be relieved of some of your Real Estate Tax burden. McHenry will receive several hundred thousand dollars from State Sales and Income Tax and Federal Revenue Sharing. With a better sense of priorities and efficiency in your city government we can im prove service and begin to reduce the City Tax levy THIS YEAR. ON PARKS McHenry has 30 Acres of new park land along Boone Creek The time to de velop the park land is THIS YEAR. ON TRAFFIC McHenry must move quickly to improve the traffic flow. I fully support a plan to provide additional Railroad Crossings at both North and South ends of town. Also pressure must be put on the State to put a high priority on their plans for a new highway and bridge over the Fox River just North of McHenry. ON PLANNING It is imperative that we develop a plan for the future that insures harmonious Relationship between Domestic, Industrial and Recreational land use. Our con cern must extend beyond the City Limits to prospective developments that sur round us. * VOTE "V TUESDAY, APRIL 17TH POLLING PLACE- McHENRY JR.
