A group of nine visiting teachers from the Federal Republic of Germany, one of the technologically and scientifically most advanced countries in the world, toured the educational Data Services Center of Science Research Associates last Friday and marvelled at the technological development familiar to most American school children but as yet unknown in Germany. Pretty, dark haired Miss Anne Lundborg of Wonder Lake became the bride of Mr. David B. Heuvelman of Springcroft farms, Richmond, Aug. 4, at Christ the King church. Nels P. Bolin, River road, McHenry, is celebrating his thirty-fifth anniversary ai Automatic Electric company, Northlake. Bolin, a welder, specialized in this field throughout his career with the telephone manufacturing company. Rev. Ernest C. Carder's appointment to the Community Methodist church in McHenry became effective July 1. Military services for Specialist Horst Jeurgen Dolenski, 20, were conducted by a detachment from Fort Sheridan at the funeral home Crystal Lake Saturday. Ser­ viceman Dolenski was killed June 29 in an automobile ac­ cident in France. His parents make their home in Lakeland Park. Winters of McHenry Shores received a broken arm and severe facial injuries sustained Saturday noon when his plane crashed as he attempted to land his air­ plane east of Fox River Grove. A call informing his wife that he intended to end his life preceded the fatal shooting by his own hand of Frank Blaskis, 53, of North Riverside, McHenry. A beautiful wedding at St. Mary's church, Aug. 18, united in marriage Miss Sandra Glosson of West McHenry and Mr. Roger J. May of McHenry. Rev. Fr. Eugene Baumhofer officiated at the nuptial rite. The Employers Group of Insurance companies an­ nounced this week the recent comprehensive course of in­ surance study by Jack Walsh which was conducted at the home office in Boston, Mass. He has returned to join the insurance firm of his father. Peter H.
