The Warriors defeated Zion 18 to 43 and North Chicago 15 to 50. John Mclnenery was the winner, in both meets, followed by John Earnings who finished 2nd. The sophs also won both meets, defeating Zion 18 to 40 and North Chicago 15 to 50. Greg O'Halleran was the winner, Oakley second and Himplemann was third for the young Warriors. To make it a complete sweep the freshmen also won, defeating Zion 18 to 45, and North Chicago 16 to 47. Mrs. Rothermel was born Oct. 25, 1882, in Johnsburg and was a lifelong resident of the community. She was the widow of Joseph Rothermel, who operated a boat company in the city for many years. The deceased was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. P.H. (Florence) Billeter of McHenry , four sons, William and Ray of McHenry, Loren of St. Petersburg,^ Fla., and James of McHenry; six grandchildren and eight great­ grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be of­ fered at 10 o'clock Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic church, with burial in the church cemetery. LUCILLE BROSTEK A noon Mass will be offered Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic church for Lucille Brostek, 61, of 5001 Park View, McHenry, who died Sept. 24 in McHenry hospital. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Brostek was born Sept. 12, 1912, in Chicago. She is survived by her husband, Stanley; two sons, John M. and Robert W., both of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Harriett Wisner of Mount Prospect and Mrs. John (Ella) Lewandowski of 'Chicago, and one brother, George Franczak, of Colorado. Last Saturday they won the meet for the fourth time in the past five years. In this meet each boy runs with his own class. Therefore the combined scores of Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors determine the winner. The Warriors total of 375 was outstanding, when you see the caliber of competition.
