The meeting at the Blue Moon restaurant, west of Elgin at 7 p.m., will be the first for the Federal Land Bank associations which have combined to form the Federal Land Bank association of DeKalb-Woodstock. The meeting opens with registration starting at 6:30 p.m., followed by a dinner at 7 p.m. and the business session after dinner. The FLB of St. Louis provides 39,000 farmers in Illinois, Missouri, and Arkansas with over $900 million of long-term farm credit through fifty-four local FLBA's. Six directors will be elected at this annual meeting to represent farmers from the participating counties: McHenry, Lake,Boone, DeKalb, Kane, DuPage, and die north part of Cook county. The present directors elected at the reorganization meeting of the two merged associations are: Frank Meyers, Belvidere: Alvin Warren, Leland; Edgar H.
