SECTION 2-PAGE 8-PLAINDEALER-FRI., DEC. 7. 1973 Lakeland Park Anne Moore 385-6448 Sewer Hook-Up Final Court Date Set For Dec. 18 My telephone was ringing for the past few days with residents phoning to inquire as to whether or not our sewer system is ready for hook-up. Everyone was upset or disappointed that no notification was received and that hook-up work was in fact being done. A phone call to our very helpful city clerk enabled me to find out the answers to the questions. First of all, the system was unofficially ready as of Monday Nov. 26 but for emergency hook-ups only. The final court date is Dec. 18 and assuming everything is approved, per mits will be available to the rest of us at that time. Second, the $150 fee for the permit will be good for the first six months from the court approval date of Dec. 18 again assuming the system is ap proved. The permits will be issued to those persons who have a building s on the lot in question or to those persons who have purchased a building permit for said lot. My thanks are extended to Mr. Walsh for answering these questions for us!
