By Dick Rabbitt The Warriors of McHenry, a co-leader in the North Suburban, host the last place Crown Vikings tonight in a game at West Campus gym. Tip off is at 8 p.m. This will be the first game ever between the two schools in basketball. Crown is a newcomer to the North Suburban, having played in the Tri-County league for the past six years. Crown has only two lettermen returning from last year's squad, Ray Foster a 5'9" guard and Roger Schuring a 6'0" forward. Crown is currently tied with Crystal Lake for last place in the league. Coach Ludwig is mindful to keep his league leading Warriors alert for a possible letdown. The league is well balanced as you can see by the standings. They will have to rebound better than they did against Antioch last Saturday night. I'm sure that Coach Ludwig will have the squad up for the game, and I know the squad would like to leave for vacation in sole possession of first place in the conference. On Wed­ nesday, Dec. 26at 5:30 p.m. the Warriors will meet Bradley in the Kankakee Tournament. A tenacious man to man defense, sharp passing, and the dominance of both boards by a margin of 46 to 15 were the major factors in the rout. Nine Warriors scored in the contest, led by Loran Klap- perich's 12 pts, and 8 pts each by John Rudolph, and Randy Schiller.
