Wayne Lemke a talk of "Small Engines", Mike Atchison gave a demonstration on how to test a light bulb, Deanna Davis showed how to frost a cake, and Bill Schmuhl and Don / Limbaugh demonstrated proper physical fitness exercises. The meeting was brought to order by our president, Lisa Newport, at 7:30. The secretary called roll and then read the minutes of the last meeting Old business was the tour we are planning to have on* Aug. 10. Our 4-H records will be handed in at that time. The treasurer's report was that we have $210.01 in the bank Four of our members participated in the food demonstrations and they will go to the state fair Two will give demonstrations and two will be observers. The girls, Betty Lang and Judy Vyduna, will give demonstrations and Robin Nolan and Joy Vyduna will be observers We are very proud of our girls New business was that we have to finish our record books.
