"Communities have offered free facilities if our office would provide driver license examiners," Howlett said. "We intend to use these facilities provided by government or civic organizations to help Illinois residents, particularly our older citizens, at minimum cost " The service will be scheduled up to four days a month, depending on size of the counties and actual use in the area Only one facility will be authorized in each eligible county.
