It seems the path is not owned by the school, however, theyiput it in the first time with permission from its rightful owners. (They are B.K.T.) When ii was torn up during construction they promised to restore the path when they were finished. Well 1-2 years have passed and nothing has changed. I'm still working on the situation, I'm not one to give up till the job is done, if there's anything I can possibly do, I will! I will keep you posted!! BIRTHDAYS Jason Hoffmann will be 5 years old on Sept. 20, happy birthday Jason and many many more. BE AWARE!! CAR IN AREA!! Remember about a month ago my article on a gold car, well it seems he is still in the immediate area. Sometimes now he seems to be driving a black and red convertible. He was indecently exposed when asking a woman for directions. He stops children as well as women. Please tell your children not to go by any strange cars and you yourself be careful as well. RECYCLING The third Saturday in the month is approaching. Remember to go to the Market Place in town on Saturday morning with your items for recycling. If you would like to go just to ask more questions that will be fine too. That's this Saturday now. I know several families from Eastwood Manor who will be there. SOFTBALL There was no game with Mr. K's from Jerry Phillip's 66 and Car Coin Wash Center. One week we couldn't get enough players, and last week Mr. K's couldn't get enough players, oh well maybe next year!! CONTRIBUTIONS Please give me a call and contribute to my column, did you do something special over the weekend, or during the week, have any company, weddings, showers, parties, you attended, I'll be happy to write about it in the paper. BICYCLES STOLEN Recently two bicycles were stolen in our neighborhood on Fairview Lane. They belonged to Jeff and Jim Werrick. The bicycles were 10 speeds. One was orange and a 26" frame, the other was blue with a 24" frame. They have taped handle bars, and the bicycles also had locks on them. As you can imagine the boys were both very upset about this. Be careful to park your bicycles in a safe place. You begin to wonder when things aren't safe right on your own property. If by any chance whatsoever you should see these bicycles anywhere in the area please give Mrs. Werrick a call 385- 3547.
