Green Street, until 5 o'clock October 7, 1974, for two (2) 1975 Ford police cars. Specifications may be obtained in the office of the City Clerk. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in any bid and to accept any At the regular board of Trustee meeting, Sept. 12, bids for road maintenance work were opened with the lowest bidder being H.J. Curran Contracting Company of Crystal Lake. Phase No. 1, consists of work to be done on the gravel sections of the roads in units No. l, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 by Oct. 15, 1974 weather limitations permitting for a cost of $8,625.00. Phase No. 2 consists of an A-2 seal coast on all roads in Units No. 1 through and including unit No. 4 for a cost of $27,430 and an alternate A-l seal coat for a cost of $13,735. Phase No. 3 consists of an A-2 seal coat on Biscayne road from Barreville Road east to Hilltop Boulevard for a cost of $1,635 and an alternate A-l seal coat for a cost of $817. Phase No. 2 and No. 3 to be completed by the spring by June 15, 1975. The Board of Trustees passed a motion to accept Phase No. l. The alternate bids for phase No. 2 and No. 3 were also accepted at this time. The proposals of other bidders are on file at the clerk's office.
