The Warriors are in a three way tie for the North Suburban lead with Harrington and Zion Libertyville kickoff 80 yrds for the only freshmen touchdown Mike Tollifson added the two points for the final Warrior tally The Frosh "B" squad played the Libertyville "B" squad to a 0 to 0 tie Benton. Something will have to happen in that game as Barrington and Zion knock heads at Barrington Last season the Scouts in their first season in the North Suburban (after a 15 year breakaway) lost two and tied one in their first three games. They then went on to win 6 straight, including wins over Libertyville and Barrington. Excellent defense by both teams kept both teams scoreless until the 2nd half when 4 goals exploded through the goalie cage Mcllenry's offense provided a brilliant display of teamwork in scoring two goals Mary Elliott, left wing, slammed two finely centered shots through the goal Diane Eschner lead the McHenry offense unit as center forward while Eileen Connell. left fullback, and Cookie Miller, goalie, contributed excellent saves throughout the game.
