Angela Amici of McHenry will proclaim the truth of the gospel in song. The Rev. Leonard, a Crystal Lake pastor for over five years. through his dynamic ministry and inspired bible teaching led scores of people to a new and vital relationship with Jesus Christ . At one time he was rock singer, however, after a monumental turning point in his life, he has used his voice to praise the Lord as a member of the Revival Time choir. He is now the pastor of a large church in Alton, 111. Women Aglow in Christ is an i n d e p e n d a n t , n o n denominational christian organization, whose objectives are: "To Glorify the Lord in all we do: that all who come may be increased in love, POET'S CORNER MY HEART IS EMPTY... My heart is empty, my soul is lost. I even forgot, how to pray. My life belongs now to the past. 0, yes, there was another t ime when I was young and filled with belief, but this was so long ago.. . today, I feel just l ike an empty reef. The years of my life, were not easy and gay. they often were fil led with hardship and pain. I know now, that I had forgotten my mother 's words: "When troubles knock on your door, just look up toward heaven and speak to the Lord." "Tell Him everything, what troubles your heart and mind. He will l isten to you and show you the way and hope and courage, you also will f ind." But, I did not choose that way, maybe I really just forgot. I did build my hope, my future, my life on the ground, soaked with disbelief, and now my life begins to tremble.. . I don't know anymore, how to survive.. . Maybe, if I could find my way back, to His house, once again.. . The church, which was built in deep devotion and there fall on my knees and pray maybe, I could forget all my troubles and pain. I have learned, in all my years of l iving, that one cannot exist without belief in something above. But, I st i l l do remember, that God is forgiving and all He really just asks of us is to pen up our heart and love.. . So, once more I will walk to His house and pray I will ask for forgiveness.. . for the life I have lived before, and maybe, He will reach out once more, and welcome me back, to stay by Maria Heiser The Snack Shop Lunchion Specials Every Day *1,95 "Big Picture of Seer with any targe Pizza *5.00 B/ening Specials 195 Open 9ti0 am til l.-OOm PAILYFri, £ Sat. til ZOO am omaieffo ± 3312 CHAPEL HILL KOA1) (JOIIN'SBURG) McllFNBY.
