This is the result of the General Assembly's having overridden tbe-filovernor's veto of State Rep. Cal Skinner, Jr.'s House Bill 2792. RTE. 120 local roads at a time when oil based road products are more costly than ever, the bill also opens up another alternative for upgrading non-dedicated roads of unincorporated sub­ divisions. Up to 20 percent of MFT funds rebated to township government can be spent on such subdivision roads now if, and only if, the township road commissioner, the township board of auditors and local subdivision property owners agree on terms. Skinner stressed that passage of this bill does not provide enough money to upgrade many subdivision roads. "What I think it does do, however, is provide township government with the ability to begin solving the long standing road problems of unin­ corporated subdivisions. A person who admits to many faults is generally easier to get along with, than a person who claims to have none.
