Twice Told Tales FIFTY YEARS AGO (Taken from the files of Feb. 26, 1925) Lawrence Huck passed away at his home at Emerald Park on Fox river, Feb. 20. He bears the distinction of having been the first resident along that shore. About thirty-one years ago, he purchased a lot and built a cottage. From that time until he and his family took up their permanent home there fifteen years ago, they spent their summer months at this point. Mr. Huck was in the teaming business in Chicago.
