n The Ups And Downs In A Bid For No, 1 There was dancing on the floor for the Bloom players ' and cheerleaders when Kelvin Small made a basket at the buzzer to give Bloom a one point victory over top rated Proviso. Proviso's Jerry Montgomery (at right) hangs his head low as the scoreboard tells the story. (STAFF PHOTOS- WAYNE GAYLORD) POET'S CORNER WASN'T VERY LONG In your mind what can you find Except memories of far behind. It wasn't very long Since you've been gone. It was just a matter of time. We've gone our ways We've had our days. We've seen new places, Met new faces. But I know you'll never find A love as deep as mine. Lawrence W.
