To Homewood, Nor- thbrook, Waukegan, North Chicago Transit Co., West Towns Bus Co., Oak Park and North Suburban Mass Transit district (Nortran). And where does that leave McHenry and the entire county? Exactly where they were in March of 1974 when RTA came into being--still sorry, sti l l angry, and stil l not expecting anything much except the bill . More information will be published in the remaining ten days until the fair opens. A small piece of this column became lost in the election shuffle last week. We think it was important enough to repeat. Last week was Library week, an appropriate time for McHenry residents to view the very excellent facili t ies provided them. The invitation remains good this week and will continue. We have had occasion to ask for special services recently, and found our librarians both willing and able to meet what sometimes amount to rather unusual requests. We are fortunate to have this fine public l ibrary.
