Alan Wilkes, 908 Annabelle, McHenry, charged with driving while intoxicated, amended to reckless driving, fined $300 and costs. Ted Bierchen, 614 Bald Knob, McHenry, guilty of driving on suspension, sentenced to 5 days in County jail. James Bailey, 5303 Fountain, McHenry, bound over to the Grand jury on a charge of forgery.
