Christensen of 1921 Main, Spring Grove, committed the offense of obstructing a peace officer in that he did block a doorway and refuse to let said officer out of a building with his prisoner. Haegler of 9005 Ramble, Wonder Lake, committed the offenses of theft under $150 and theft over $150 in that she took unauthorized control over property from Horn's Shell station, 600 N. Division street, Harvard, and property from the EIRancho Motel, Harvard. Bond set at $4,000 for both charges. Woodstock Police Officer Theodore D. Pierce charges that on Oct. 31, Steven M. Dopke of 2801 Lincoln road, McHenry, committed the of­ fense of disorderly conduct in that he was found prowling on the grounds and outside. the building known as Keencut Carbide, 327 E. Jackson street, Woodstock, and did appear to be in an intoxicated condition. Lakeland Park Marilyn Nystrom 385-7014 New EPA Letter Will Be Mailed To Residents Attorney Sherwood Levin was concerned about the E.P.A. letter that was sent recently to the property owners in Lakeland Park. He talked to the deputy director of the E.P.A. in Springfield. The gentleman agreed with his concern, and as a result, there will be another letter sent. Please do not throw it away! The C.&M.A. missionaries- Mrs. Betty Mitchell, Rev. and Mrs. Norman Johnson and Dr. and Mrs. Richard Phillips- were met at the Bangkok airport by Dr. Nathan Bailey, president of the Alliance; by Dr. L.L. King, vice-president, Division of Overseas Ministries; and by Mrs. Mit­ chell's seventeen year old daughter, Geraldine, a student at the C.&M.A. school in Penang, Malaysia. A large party of officials, including the ambassadors of the United States, Canada, Australia and the Philippines, were also there to meet them. Newsmen, photographers and t e l e v i s i o n c a m e r a m e n v surrounded the missionaries as they left the airplane. As Mrs. Mitchell joyfully embraced her daughter, Dr. Phillips exulted, "We arrive, not somehow, but TRIUM­ PHANTLY!" Dr. Bailey and Dr. King report that it was a deeply moving occasion- "amid tears and embraces of friends, questions from the ever-persistent press corps and flashing cameras." Also arriving on the same APPLICATION TO INDUSTRY - Throughout the school year the McHenry County college laboratory portion of the Organic Chemistry course is staffed with professionals, former students, and educators. These people demonstrate how what the students learn in class is applied in industry. Information is still being sought on three other missionaries taken captive in May 1962, when a party of Viet Cong raided the Alliance leprosarium at Banmethuot- Rev. Archie Mitchell, the h o s p i t a l a d m i n i s t r a t o r a n d Mrs. Mitchell's husband, Dr. Ardell Viette, a medical missionary; and Dan Gerber, a Mennonite PAXman. ' Dr. Bailey said, "Betty had received no word on Archie. She made all kinds of inquiries everywhere, but no results." Officials of the Alliance will continue to seek information concerning these missionaries. The Christain and Missionary Alliance has been active in humanitarian and missioanry work throughout Viet Nam since 1911. A world wide missionary society and e v a n g e l i c a l c h u r c h denomination, it was founded in 1887 and today has a church constituency of over one million people in the United States, Canada, and in forty-one other countries. In 1975 its missionary fields are covered by more than 900 missionaries. ENTERS COLLEGE David Dulberg.son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Dulberg, 4604 Hayden court, McHenry, has enrolled at Lakeland college as a freshman, and is one of the 212 entering students for the Fall term.
