When shopping for toys, they advise, look for those that have smooth, rounded edges. A child can easily cut himself on the sharp edges found on some toys. Purchase dolls or stuffed animals that have eyes sewn on instead of attached with sharp prongs. Eyes attached with prongs are easy to remove and swallow.
