Cady, treasurer of the Riverside Social Athletic club (Riverside SAC), presents a check for $300 to Alderman Jack Pepping, on the right, chairman of the Park committee. Cady said the check was presented "with no strings attached" for use at Petersen Park wherever it is most needed. Pepping expressed the Council's gratitude and commended the Riverside SAC for the support it gives to many athletic teams and activities in this area. City Police Charge Alden Man With Battery John Mansfield of 9304 Alden road, Alden, was charged with two complaints of aggravated battery, two complaints of resisting arrest and one count of disorderly conduct. Sgt. Duane Lange and Officer William Zujewski who made the arrest, signed the com plaints. Available Organ donor stickers and Anatomical Gift cards are now available at all downstate drivers license service facilities and five Secretary of State Motor Vehicle facilities irt Cook county. Secretary Michael J. Howlett explained that Anatomical Gift donors in Illinois may now place organ donor stickers on the back of their drivers' licenses. "A sticker indicates that the licensee is carrying an Anatomical Gift card, which gives specific direction regarding the organs to be donated in case of death," said Howlett. All drivers licenses issued by the Secretary's office carry this message at the side of the license: "If the use of an organ donor sticker is desired, place it in the upper right corner of the back of your license." The round stickers, which are one-half inch in diameter, were developed and provided by the Kidney Foundation of Illinois and the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness. Stickers and cards are also available from these organizations. Official permission for placing the stickers on licenses was granted by an amendment (Editor's Note: This is the seventeenth in a series on Understanding Mental Health, presented as a public service by the Family Service and Mental Health Clinic of McHenry County.
