Halibut Steaks $249 W.M V>j , V • 2 pounds halibut steaks, fresh ^ cup soy sauce % cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 2 tablespoons salad oil 2 tablespoons Ketchup 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed V4 teaspoon pepper 1 clove garlic, mashed Place fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour marinade mixture over halibut, let stand for 1 hour, turning once. Drain off marinade and reserve. Broil halibut about 4 inches from source of heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Baste with marinade during broiling. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
