Local Girls Perform In Piano Roclfal Three McHenry residents participated in a piano and instrumental recital given by students of J>iane Koenig, Crystal Lake. Friday evening. May 21. at Tarpley House. St. Mary's Episcopal church, in Crystal Lake. v Those performing from McHenry included Gail Petty, who played "Royal Festival" by Stecher, Horowitz, and Gordon. Her sister, Carol, played a set of variations on a theme of Mozart, and the Prelude No. I, by George Gershwin. Both girls are the daughters of Dr. and Mrs. David Petty of McHenry. Richelle Allen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Allen, ap peared in performance of one movement of a Beethoven Sonata, and also played "Screen Door Rag" by M. Burgess Awards were presented to all the students taking part in the evening's program, in token of their endeavors and achievements throughout the year.
