Daniel K. Smith, 2615 Apache, McHenry, entered a negotiated plea of guilty to a speeding charge for a fine of $15 and costs. ^ Marcia Metowan, 1708 S. Barreville, McHenry, pleaded guilty to a charge of permitting her dogs to run at large and was fined $15 and costs. A charge against Mildred Murphy, 1315 Palamino drive, McHenry, for failure to have her dog inoculated against rabies was not prossessed by the court. Mark F. Henshall, 3204 Still Hill drive, McHenry, pleaded guilty to a charge of resisting a police officer and was fined $25 and costs. Richard D. Krich, 1220 N.. Draper road, McHenry, en­ tered a negotiated plea of guilty to DWI and was fined $100 and costs. The court did not process a charge of improper lane use. Albert R. Burger, 2910 N. Magellan avenue, McHenry, entered a negotiated plea of guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was fined $50 and placed on 90 days' probation, sentenced to seven days in jail and admitted to the DWI program. The court discharged Nickolas J. Conrad, 3206 Skyway, McHenry, on charges of speeding and disobeying a stop sign when the arresting officer failed to appear at the hearing. Kenneth Roy, 9906 Main street, Richmond, was found guilty of driving while his license was suspended or revoked and fined $50 and costs. On another charge of speeding against Roy he was found to be not guilty. Terry A. Schramm, 4710 Garden Quarter, McHenry, was found guilty of possession of cannabis and charged $100 and must spend four weekends in jail. On a charge of producing cannabis, Schramm was also found guilty and was charged another $100 and must spend another four weekends in jail. David Bremer, 5214 Shorehill, McHenry, was found guilty of theft of under $150 and fined $100 and costs. On a similar charge, Bremer was found not guilty. Gary A. Vogt, 3109 E. Lake Shore drive, Wonder Lake, was found guilty of theft under $150 and was fined $100 and costs. On three similiar charges against Vogt, he was found not guilty. Harold H. Smith, 7950 N. Stake Park road, Spring Grove, was found guilty of being an unlicensed driver, and was fined $50 and costs. Brent T. Smith, 8617 W. Sunset, Wonder Lake, was not prosecuted on a charge of assault. Norman Matthew, 3145 E. Lake Shore drive, Wonder Lake, charged with criminal trespassing and reckless conduct, had both charges dismissed by the court. Stephen Matthew, 3145 E. Lake Shore drive, Wonder Lake, charged with criminal trespassing, had the charge dismissed by the court. Associate Circuit Judge Conrad Floeter Joan S. Frazer, 190 Burr Oak, Lake Zurich, operating in violation of restriction, found guilty and fined $5 and costs. On another charge, Frazer was found guilty of disobeying a stop sign and fined $5 and costs. Charles R. Nelson, 7206 Hiawatha drive, Wonder Lake, was found guilty of speeding 61 in a 40 mph zone and fined $25 and costs. Ray A. Poczkalski, 1806 Grandview, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 58 in a 40 mph zone and fined $18 and costs. Martha C. D. Rudnick, 7214 Mohawk drive. Wonder Lake, was found not guilty of speeding. Buettell, 9617 Hideaway Lane, Richmond, found guilty of disobeying a stop sign, fined $15 and costs. A second charge against Buettell for disobeying a stop sign cost him $35 and costs. Carl M. Darr, 7216 Hiawatha, Wonder Lake, was found guilty of speeding 61 in a 35 mph zone and fined $40 and costs. Florian G. Jesski, 1615 Oakleaf drive, McHenry, was guilty of speeding 62 in a 35 mph zone and fined $30 and costs. Jason F. Kaar, 844 Noel drive, Mundelein, was found guilty of having open liquor in a motor vehicle and charged $20 and costs. Bruno J. McCullough, 1204 Hollywood, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding in a 30 mph zone and charged $23 and costs. A second charge against McCullough, for having no valid drivers license, was not prosecuted. Theodore Talano, 5 Webster street, Highwood, charged with driving while intoxicated, had the charge amended to reckless driving and was charged $350 and costs. Richard C. Wector, 1007 N. Edgewood, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 92 in a 55 mph zone and charged $50 and costs. William H. Gaede, 8108 Oriole avenue, Niles, was found guilty RIDAY. DECEMBER 3. 197« of improper passing, charged $10 and costs. Complaints Charlotte Y. Hollenbach charges that Friday, Nov. 19, Timothy Freund committed the offense of reckless driving in that Freund allegedly drove onto Mrs. Hollenbach's lawn within 15 feet of the home. Bond was set at $500. Sgt. R. Michelsen charges that on Tuesday, Nov. 30, Jack Davis committed the offense of disorderly conduct in that he insisted on sleeping on the floor of the lobby of the McHenry Police department and in so doing did so alarm Michelsen as to disturb peace. Bond was set at $25, and the initial court date is Dec. 15. Officer John Langdon charges that on Nov. 21, Douglas L.
