The officer pursued and stopped the vehicle, and discovered that the driver's license of Steven Vanderhoeff, Solon Mills, had been suspended. He was arrested for failure to dim headlights, and also for driving while his license Was suspended, with bond set at $1,025 for a March 22 court appearance.
