Lake and McHenry, and State of Illinois (Pub Mar. 23,1977) Legal Notice Ordinance No 60 AN ORDINANCE SETTING SALARIES FOR THE CLERK AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McHENRY SHORES, McHENRYCOUNTY, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, it is determined by the Board of Trustees of the Village of McHenry Shores that the salaries presently paid to elected officials of the Village are highly inadequate when compared with the services rendered by said officials, and WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens to increase the com­ pensation of said officials in order to promote greater in-> P terest and participation of the residents in the affairs of their Village: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McHENRY S H O R E S , M c H E N R Y COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows: Section I: That the salary of the Village Clerk is set at $400.00 (Four hundred dollars) per annum, payable ih quarterly in­ stallments.
