The McHenry high school Affirmative Action plan establishes guidelines for the school in hiring staff, reviewing and writing new course descriptions, counseling students, teaching in a non­ discriminatory fashion, and offering co-curricular programs. Equal Opportunity Com-- mittee Established The Affirmative Action plan also created an Equal Op­ portunity committee to assure that the" plan is correctly im­ plemented Staff members from East campus, West campus and the Alternative school make up the committee. This committee is currently conducting further study into district programs.
