DELIGHTFUL DIVERSION The McHenry hospital auxiliary luncheon provided a great break away from the weather last week. Some women of our sub division attended the luncheon and we heard that they had a .*eally great time. The women who attended were: Alice Sullivan, Maureen Johnson, Cecelia Oakford, Marie Cross, Ruth Roach, Beverly Walinski, Shirley Koch, Lillian Huck, and Frances Koska. Lady Luck was with some of the women, Beverly Walinski won a beautiful plant, Ruth Roach, a scarf, and Marie Cross won a certificate to a local store. The women really enjoyed the luncheon and upon departure every woman went home a winner with a different colored carnation. Great way to spend a rainy and snowy Monday. SPRING FASHIONS Some ladies from Lakeland Park got a glimpse of what will be in this spring and summer in the way of fashions. The show was presented by Marilyn Drake at the home of Nancy Lucarz. After the showing, Nancy served coffee and cake to her guests who included: Shirley Hutt, Edith Bog dan and her daughter-in-law. Pam Just en, Carol Kinney, Nancy and Annette Matthesuis, Evelyn Osmon and Sue Warren. It was a fun night out and a good chance for all of us to plan our spring wardrobes. BELATED BIRTHDAYS A special Happy Birthday wish goes out to Nancy Lucarz who celebrated her bitthday March 24. Sherri Drake celebrated, her fourteenth birthday March 25. Best wishes to both girls.
