On Maundy Thursday there will be a combined service of both parishes at the Ringwood church starting with a potluck supper at 6:30 followed by the service at 7:30. Illinois Revenue department officials advise that one can correct the return without penalty by filing an amended return Form IL 1040 X before the tax deadline on April 15. "Each year some taxpayers find they need to make a change on their tax return after it has been mailed," according to Gary V. Ey, income tax operations manager. "For example, someone may forget to include wages not subject to withholding or maybe a person has included the wrong dividend or interest amount on the return." Taxpayers who want to correct errors on a tax return already filed can obtain Form 1L 1040X at any Illinois Depart­ ment of Revenue office in the state.
