BRADLEY Marine Private Timothy M Bradley, son of Mr and Mrs. Francis E . Br'adley of McHenry. has completed recruit training at the Marine Corps recruit depot. San Diego. During the 11 -week training cycle, he learned the basics of battlefield survival He was introduced to the typical daily routine that he will experience during his enlistment and studied the personal and p r o f e s s i o n a l s t a n d a r d s traditionally exhibited s, by- Marines. He participated in an active physical conditioning program and gained proficiency in a variety of military skills, in­ cluding first aid, rifle marksmanship and close order drill. Teamwork and self- discipline were emphasized throughout the training cycle. Private Bradley joined the Marine corps in December. 1976. Germany Duty Assignment For Airman Russell JOHN A. RUSSELL Airman John A. Russell, son of Mr and Mrs. Jack Russell of 1611 N. The combined U.S. and Republic of Korea (ROK) exercise was held during March and April 1977. United States forces, consisting of Army. Navy. Air Force and Marine Corps units, joined with their ROK counterparts for the maneuvers. The exercise was designed to train commanders, their staffs and forces in the execution of joint and combined sea. air and ground operations. Technician Dougherty joined the Navy in August, 1974. She also had probable cause found against her in preliminary hearings on three counts of burglary and two counts of theft over $150. Paul W. Schroeder, 1509 Sunnyside, McHenry, had probable cause found against him in preliminary hearings on two counts of theft over $150. Kenneth W. Scott, 3811 Millstream, McHenry, pled guilty to a charge of driving while his license was revoked, and was fined $75 and costs. He was not prosecuted on a charge of improper lane usage. Thomas L. Bateman, McHenry, pled guilty to a charge of disobeying a stop sign, and was fined $15 and costs. Joe Dehne, 4806 Wildwood, McHenry, was not prosecuted on seven counts of improperly storing heavy equipment on his property. John M. Read, 3108 Kinley, McHenry, had a charge against him reduced from battery to disorderly conduct. On the lesser charge, he pled guilty and was fined $25 and costs. Albert C. Hulsey, 112 Sun­ nyside, McHenry, had a charge of battery amended to disor­ derly conduct. On the lesser charge, he pled guilty and was fined $25 and costs. He was not prosecuted on a second battery charge. David F. Schultheis,, 7313 Mohawk, Wonder Lake, was found guilty of having no valid driver's license, and was funed $50 and costs. Elmer W. Columbus, McHenry, com­ mitted the offense of creating and maintaining a nuisance on the premises known as Christine drive, McHenry, in that he did allow debris to remain on the above mentioned property. No bond was set for an April 26 court appearance. Preston R. Rea, sanitarian, charges that on april 7, Werner Sommers, Richmond, com­ mitted the offense of creating and maintaining a nuisance on the premises known as 3206 E. Rt. 173, Richmond, in that he did allow debris to remain on the above mentioned property. No bond was set for an April 25 court appearance. Officer John D. Langdon charges that on April 8, Laurie A. Johnson, 307 N. Lily Lake road, McHenry, committed the offense of violation of curfew in that she, a person under seventeen years of age, was unlawfully upon a public street, being the area of 3931 W. Main street, McHenry, after 11 p.m. on weekdays and prior to 6 a.m. on weekdays. No bond was set for a May 4 court appearance. Barry Edwards of the Robert Hall village charges that on April 14, Albert E. Godwin, 1101 Hanley street, McHenry, committed the offense of retail theft in that he knowingly took possession of certain mer­ chandise for sale in a retail establishment, Robert Hall village, Crystal Lake, being one chamie, having a total value of less than $150, intending to deprive the merchant of such merchandise without paying the full retail value. No bond was set for an April 28 court appearance. Barry Edwards of the Robert Hall village charges that on April 14, Anna A. Godwin, 1101 Hanley street, McHenry, committed the offense of retail theft in that she knowingly took possession of certain mer­ chandise for sale in a retail establishment, Robert Hall village, Crystal Lake, being one bra, one pot with top, and three air conditioner fuses, having a total value of less than $150, intending to deprive the merchant of such merchandise without paying the full retail value.
