Kalfus, 915 River road, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 40 in a 25 mph zone, and was fined $15 and costs. Terence T. Burke, 806 Peter street, McHenry, failed to show in court to answer a charge of speeding 34 in a 20 mph zone. Duncan Kumbera, 205 W. Rt. 120, McHenry, failed to show in court to answer charges of open liquor in a motor vehicle and having no valid safety test. James D. Anderson, 7603 Blivin, Spring Grove, pled guilty to a traffic offense, and was fined $15 and costs. Scott K. Hoffman, 8404 S. Hyde Park, McHenry, was found guilty of improper passing, and was fined $15 and costs. E. Flowers, 621 Amanda, McHenry, failed to appear in court to answer a charge of speeding 52 in a 40 mph zone. Goodman, 123 Lake Shore drive, McHenry, com­ mitted the offense of forgery in that he, with the intent to defraud, knowingly made a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Violet Bringle, said document being a check, of William and Violet Bringle, drawn on the McHenry State bank, payable to Jhon Freund in the amount of forty- five dollars, and signed as maker Violet Bringle. No bond was set for a June 14 court appearance. Gerald J. Rovney, police officer, charges that on June 3, Anthony P. Haupt, 8504 Memory Trail, Wonder Lake, committed the offense of possession of alcoholic liquor in the Woodstock city park after 9 P m., in that he did unlawfully possess alcoholic liquor in the Woodstock city park after 9 P m., in that he did have in his possession beer in 12 oz. cans.
