I'm married over five years to a man (child) who dotes on his younger sister. He can't relax and sit at home and she is the same way. She's always leaving her husband alone while she gets into the car and heads off circling past my house. He, in turn, drives toward her home looking for her. They waste so much precious gas just riding around looking for each other as they meet on the by­ ways, never coming to the home. How would you solve such childishness? A. It would seem that either your husband and his sister think they have a lot to talk over which requires privacy, or neither of them wants to grow up and move on into mature relationships in their marriages. In any case, the solution must begin with yourself. If your husband is acting childishly, it could mean you are assuming the role of mother rather than just being a wife. Stop checking on him and get involved in worthwhile activities of your own. Blood Pressure Screening Set Tuesday, July 5 The next blood pressure screening at the First United Methodist church will be Tuesday, July 5 at 1 p.m. This is an on-going program, once a month, at the First United Methodist church, in conjunction with the local hospital, for which there is no charge.
