They were joined by another son, Tom Walkington, and his wife, Maya, and friends, Trudi and Reinhold Hohmann. Sunday afternoon they all attended the William Tell pageant which everyone en^ joyed. The community of New Glarus is of particular interest to Maya inasmuch as she is a native of Switzerland. Her parents live there. TRAVELLERS Art, Katy and Dave Christopher were in Appleton last weekend helping Diane (Christopher) and Gary Lin- stad with their house-building. Sunday afternoon, Art and Katy traveled 'north to Marinette county where they visited Art's parents. The plant's problems are easily curable and we hope that today's court action will speed the corrective measures we have specified", said Tom Casper, compliance branch manager, Division of Air Pollution control, IEPA. "Our immediate concern was to remove the environmental health hazard for nearby residents. There is also a school just a block and a half away. These people should not have to live in fear, as they have been the past two years," Casper said. snouts FURNITURE HOSPITAL "SINCE 1945" Reservations Only Broken Legs and Arms Reset Sprained Backs and Seats Rewebbed Loose Joints Refilled Hydes Re-tifhtened Are Your Cushions Flat? The order, issued by McHenry County Circuit Court Judge James Cooney, states that SCCC cannot restart operations until they hire a professional plant manager and install an air pollution device called a scrubber. The scrubber, which is designed to remove ammonia emissions, has already been delivered to the plant and company officials said it should be installed and ready to operate by the middle of next week. A company spokesman also informed the IEPA that a new plant manager will be hired by the time the scrubber is installed.
