Manitou, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 79 in a 55 mph zone, and was fined $24 and costs. Carol L. Reisner, 804 S. Riverside drive, McHenry, pled guilty to a charge of speeding 47 in a 30 mph zone, and paid her fine. Daniel M. Shepit, 2411 Varpell, McHenry, was found guilty of driving in violation of his license classification and was fined $5 and costs. He was also found guilty of having no valid registration, and was fined another $10 and costs. Dean of McHenry was found guilty of violating an ordinance prohibiting all-night parking, and was fined $95 and costs for the various in­ fractions. James L. Blake was found guilty of an infraction involving vehicles turning left, and was fined $20 and costs. Steven W. Blank was found guilty of speeding and was fined $15 and costs. Arthur A. Bond was set at $25. Albert C. Pfeiffer, patrolman, charges that on Sept. 18, Gary A. Bruh, 3610 Middle street, McHenry, committed the offense of unlawful possession of can­ nabis, in that he did, knowingly and unlawfully, possess more than ten grams but less than thirty grams of a substance containing cannabis. Olson, thereby placing Deputy Sheriff Glenn C. Olson in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery, knowing Deputy Sheriff Glenn C. Olson to be a peace officer executing his official duties.
