DUTTT.MBER 28. 1877 Local Actross Shirt In Simon Production Yvonne Alton, well known to McHenry audiences, has been casted as Bobbie Michelle in "The Last of the Red Hot Lovers," a comedy by Neil Simon which will be presented by the American Repertory Theatre systems in their new location at Andre's Steak House at Richmond. Ms. Alton's stage experience is extensive and covers a wide range of roles for Lincoln Park, Margate Park, Gompass Park theatre in Chicago; and A.R.T.S. formerly of the McHenry Country club theatre. Local audiences will remember her delightful charac terizations as Isolde Poole in "Tunnel of Love", as Barbara Leonard in "Girl in the Freudian Slip" and most recently as Annie in "Ready When You Are C.B." "The Last of the Red Hot Lovers", directed by Barbara D. Miller, will be performed by American Repertory Theatre systems at Andre's Steak House, 11106 U.S. 12 North Richmond. Opera House Fund Raising Nearlng Goal Lillian Strohm, president of ' the Woodstock Opera House Community Center, Inc., has announced that this fund raising organization is very * close to reaching its goal. Woodstock Opera House Community Center, Inc. has raised nearly two-thirds of the ; funds required for the restoration of the Woodstock Opera House, which was completed earlier this year. • Hie city of Woodstock provided the remaining one-third. "One of the moat successful - projects to date has been the donors' chairs," says Mrs. I Strohm. "A total of 340 of the * seats in the auditorium have been 'purchased'.
