Social Chairman. Joanv Bitterman. Publicity" Chairman. Chris Lawson; and Permanent Photographer. Feb 4. and Sun Feb 5 As in past years, the Beach Gals will have food and spirits to warm the tummies of the frozen fishermen, and there will be booths set up around the beach house from various groups and area merchants There will be bait available on the premises, and lots and lots of prizes in many different categories for the fishermen If you have any questions about the derby, call Jerry Raycraft HOWDY A big McCullom Lake Howdy" goes out to the Behrendt family, who have recently moved to the village The Behrendts, who reside at 2907 N Spring road, include Bart and Carol and their eight children. Mary Carol. Mark. Maureen. Janet. Karen. Mike. Peggy and Gregory The Behrendts moved to McCullom Lake from Oak Park, which was a little closer for Bart to go to work, since he works in downtown Chicago Obviously. Carol really must be a go-getter, and must really care about her kids, because she is the newest member of the Beach Gals, and we are thrilled to have her > Welcome. Behrendts. we >hope you'll like our little v ,Ha^ - VEHICLE STICKERS Vehicle stickers are on sale now at the village clerk's office, which is located at 4807 W McCullom Lake road The clerk's hours are Wednesday from 3-7 p.m., but other arrangements can be made by calling the clerk if you cannot make it during those hours She asks only that you please call, and not just drop in when you feel like it Take your registration when you go to get your vehicle sticker, you'll need it The clerk also sells dog tags if you are in need of one of these LOOKING The Beach gals are, looking for a piano to bie kept at the beach house, and to be used for the various activities we sponsor during the year If you have an old piano you would like to get rid of. or if you know of someone who does, please4 contact me The piano does not have to be a thing of beauty, but it must be in working condition. PERSONALS Note to Frank "Grandpa", Kurth -Your two girls are really glad to see you feeling better again ICE FISHING SHACKS If you have an ice fishing shack on the lake at this time, or if you are planning to put one there this winter, please make sure your name and address are written on the shack Shacks that cannot be iden­ tified will be towed off the ice at the owner's expense, beginning shortly SURPRISE' Jerry and Jackie Raycraft. along with sons Joey and Bob, had surprise overnight guests New Years eve Jackie's sister, Jo-ann Erhardt. with her kids, J R and Donald, came down from Port Washington.
