7 Offsetting Compliance Rule Aids Multiple Farm Owner i SERVICE NEWS ARMY GRADUATE 1 Marine Basic Training Ends For Recruit Producers , with multiple farm operations will be allowed to enter some farms in the set- aside program and grow the set-aside crops on other non- participating farms, without loss of benefits on the com­ plying farms, according to Jim Lucas, an official of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation service (ASCS). However, the normal crop acreage (NCA) may not be exceeded on these non- participating farms, he added. The offsetting compliance rule for the program previously required that all farms on which the producer was owner or operator be in compliance with set-aside and NCA regulations.
