According to Sheriff's police, a car driven by Baird A. Mitchell, 23, 902 Third street, which was northbound on Barreville road, crossed the center line and struck a southbound vehicle driven by Bruce A. Berger, 26, Lake Zurich. Mitchell, and a passenger in his car, Joey Goebel, 7, 2714 Sterling, were pronounced dead at McHenry hospital where they were taken after the accident. Mitchell's wife. Barbara, and Ronny Goebel, 13, were alio taken to McHenry hospital, where Mrs. Mitchell is listed in satisfactory condition, while Ronny Goebel is in critical condition. Berger, his wife, Bartiara, and Michael Berger, all of Lake Zurich, are listed in satisfactory condition. Anna Berger. another passenger in the Berger auto, was admitted to McHenry hospital a»d later transferred to the University of Illinois Medical center.
