The young man, son of Mr.and Mrs. James D. Dowhin, Sr., of 3006 S. Elder lane, McHenry, is a 1962 graduate of McHenry high school. He and his wife, Rhonda Jean (Lee),^ also an MCHS graudate live in Wayne with their 4-month-old daughter, Steffanie. Promoted To Sales Manager Joins Carestoel Administration BONNIE LINDGREN Bonnie K. Lindgren has joined the staff of Carestoel as assistant administrator, Miss Dorothy Kerr, executive director, has announced. Carestoel opened at McHenry as a 310-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing care center in January, 1978. Since then the number of residents has grown steadily and it now has ninety- eight residents, ahead of the projected number expected when this modern facility was planned four years ago. Mrs. Lindgren will assist Miss Kerr is the day-to-day management of Carestroel which has an Adult Day Care program and a regular schedule of special activities for permanent residents. Mrs. Lindgren is trained in health care administrative work. She received her Master's degree in public administration as an ad ministrative services specialist last May. In Wyoming, where she lived before moving to the Chicago area, Mrs. Lindgren was active as a consultant to the Meals on Wheels program in Casper, and as a training director for the Wyoming Girl Scout council at Casper Professionally, she is a member of the Gerontological society, American College of Hospital Administrators, American Society for Public Administration and American Association of University Women At Roosevelt university she graudated with honors She received her Bachelor's in sociology degree from the University of Montana in 1959 ISSUED CHARTER The state has issued a charter to Daco Construction, Inc., 5111 Home avenue, McHenry George P. "Occasionally, our em ployees must enter homes to provide necessary services, said Alan R Johnsen, senior vice-president. Johnsen stressed that most service calls are made only at the customer's request. In certain cases, however, utility employees may need ad mittance to turn service on or off during gas main con struction, obtain a meter reading or exchange a meter. "If a customer is unsure whether the person is a Ni-Gas employee, ask to see his identification card," he said. Employees never collect money from customers for service work performed, ac cording to Johnsen. "Any charges are included in regular bills."
