So it was a very pleasant surprise when the doorbell rang Friday morning at« the Art Christophers and Katy an swered it to find Gary and Diane Linstad with little David. The«Linstads were returning home after a two week vacation in the west. The cold weather brought six inohes of snow and they were very ^>rtunate to get, through the mountain passes with no mishaps. The day after- they >got out of the mountains, one pass was closed because of hazardous road conditions. Little David was "rained on" by Old Faithful geyser when the wind shifted and carried the condensation of the stream over where the folks were standing Friday night Patty and Dave Christopher joined the family for a vist. NEWLY-WEDS SHIVAREED Ben and Sue Jacobs were surprised with an old-fashion shivaree last Thursday night when family members and neighbors drove in the yard with lots of utensils for making noise.
