By Dick Babbitt In an excellent display of football on Saturday afternoon, the Crystal Lake Tigers defeated the McHenry Warriors by the score of 49 to 0 It was simply a case of too much manpower on the part of the Tigers They ran and passed at will against the un dermanned Warriors, who had five players on the sidelines in street clothes Whether these five would have made any difference remains to be seen The Tigers kicked off to the Warrior 40 The Tigers held and the Warriors punted against the wind to the Tiger 42. The Tigers marched to the Warrior 14, where they held, and Schaefer kicked a field goal with 7 00 remaining to give the Tigers a 3 to 0 lead The Tigers held after the ensuing kickoff and marched to the Warrior 1. where Schaefer went in for the T D and kicked the PAT for a 10 to 0 lead with 1 20 left in the opening period Out Of Reach In the second period the WANTED YOUNG MEN AGES 18 TO 35 TO JOIN THE NOW FORMING Wonder Lake Area Jaycees Have always thought November was the most im portant month of the year Now.
