Beat 2 minutes at medium speed Pour into tube pan Bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes or unti l toothpick inserted in center is clean. Cool; invert onto serving plate. Sprinkle confectioner 's sugar on cake after i t has completely cooled. Arrange pineapple halves, maraschino cherries and green cherry petals on top of cake if desired For a smooth, not too sweet f lavor, t ry this tempt ing recipe Amaretto ( ake Beat 4 eggs unti l l ight and fluffy Add: I parkage two-layer rake mix 1 package Irnton-flavorrd instant pudding mix (3-^4 ox.) 2 tablespoon* Amaretto I)i ( .alliano Ml rup plus 2 tablespoon* water 4 rup butter-flavored oil. Beat ingredients for 10 min utes. >• Pour into greased, f loured ten-inch Bundt f luted tube pan. Bake at 350° for approx imately 50 minutes. Cool in pan. When cake is com pletely cooled, invert onto serving plate and add glaze. To prepare cake glaze: combine rup* confectioner'* sugar table*poon* of orange juice tablenpoon* of Amaretto di Galliano (stir in gradually) Heat just to boil ing. Stir in 1 tablespoon grated orange rind. cool. Gradually st ir in 2 more tablespoons Amaretto di Gall iano, or just enough to make glaze soft enough to drizzle over cake.
