The three losses placed the Warriors in fourth in the fouiMeam tourney. Above. McHenry applies a pressure defense against Marian in Thursday night action at West campus. If Penn State wins (and they couldn't beat the Tide last year) the Lions will almost certainly gain top place in the final college ranking. They will deserve it with an unbeaten record. But if Nebraska is mean­ while humiliated by Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl--even soundly thumped--and Penn State loses, it's a question whether the Sooners or Ala­ bama (maybe even Michigan if the Wolverines convincingly derail Southern California in. the Rose Bowl) will end up on top.
