BUYERS' Market Have you ever seen so many properties on the market for sale? The McHenry County Multiple Listing Book is jam med full and there are several for sale by owners. This means the Buyer can be super selective. If your property is not priced right you will not even get a looker. It is important that you make certain that your fair market price is quoted to you by an expert in the field • by someone who takes time and patience to not only carefully measure, but to check records to make certain the legal is correct, the lot size is as stated, and someone who will give you a run down on what other properties are selling for in your area. It must be someone who will produce for you, in writing, a detailed "fair market analysis". Don't be a "Buyer's Market" Casualty!! Your home can sell, if fairly evaluated. Make certain the person you select to represent you, really knows what they are talking about - that they are truly an expert in the field. "We're the Neighborhood Professional, For you."
