They were married on June 22, 1929. They were married in Blessed Agnes church, Chicago, by Father George Kripner. Father Kripner was a boyhood friend of Edward, and this was his first marriage ceremony. The matron of honor was Lucille Tomanek; best man, Joseph Hronek; bridesmaid, Emilie Fencl; and flower girl, Laverne Smith. Their family consists of Edward and Donald, and seven grandchildren. A special Mass will be offered Wednesday, June 20, 9 a.m., at St. John's. They celebrated this important occasion on Saturday, June 16, at the American Legion hall, Fox Lake. Many more happy and healthy years together, Ed and Mae! BEST WISHES - to Amanda Michele Taylor, who was baptized, Sunday, June 10 at St. John's, and to her family.
