This 24th annual Safari will feature styrofoam animals from rabbits to elephants~in fact a 14 foot styrofoam elephant to arrow; the heart zone is bushel basket size!!! Many of the animals will be animated-coiling python, striking cobra, jum­ ping monkey, running wolf and hopping rabbit! Multiple registration opens at 9 a.m. Saturday and does not close till 1 p.m. Sunday. The 3-D Safari may be shot several times with the highest score counting toward trophies through 3 places. Also featured will be archery exhibits and sales, Brats and corn boil Saturday night with a night shoot, novelty moving target. Everyone interested in ar­ chery is invited to a, fun weekend at Northern v Illini •Bowmen, one mile west of - McHenry, just off route 120 on draper road. The Solon Slam- merettes also took three from Gerry's Shoreline Inn 21-7, 21-5 and 21-5. Oak Park Lounge took two close games from Frpm the Neck Up 21-12, 23-21 but lost the third 21-13.
